在穴盘苗自动移栽机液压变速系统中引入了无级变速控制策略,设计了液压机械无级变速器的机械结构,建立了CATIA三维模型,并对其传动比特性、效率特性以及模糊控制特性进行了深入分析。利用MatLab软件建立了MatLab和CATIA的数据接口,设计了传动比的Simulink仿真模型,通过计算得到了液压效率曲线、传动比随排量变化曲线、等燃油三维拟合曲线和模糊控制曲线。由计算结果可以看出:联合仿真可以得到可靠的无级变速控制参考数据,提高了秧苗移栽作业的稳定性与高效性,以及整车的自动化水平,对农作物操作的突变环境具有良好的适应性,为穴盘苗自动移栽机的优化设计提供了一种新的计算机方法。

The seedlings transplanting machine hydraulic automatic transmission system is introduced in the stepless speed control strategy.Firstly,It designed the mechanical structure of hydraulic machinery for stepless speed variator,es-tablished the three-dimensional model by CATIA, and analyzed the ratio characteristic, efficiency characteristic and fuzzy control characteristi.Then,it established the data interface of Matlab and CATIA by using the Matlab software, de-signed the Simulink simulation model of transmission ratio, the calculated hydraulic efficiency curve, transmission ratio with the displacement curve, such as fuel and fuzzy control curve 3D curve fitting.By the calculation results,it can be seen that the united simulation can get the reliable reference data for stepless speed control,which can improve the stabi-lity and effectiveness of seedling transplanting operation, improve the level of automation of the vehicle, the mutation operation environment to crops with good comfort.The results provides a new method for the optimization design of trans-planting seedlings machine for computer automatic control.
