This paper mainly introduces SMS interactive platform system of Intelligent Hydropower plant,it puts forward the integration of equipment control based on mobile information management platform,discusses the structure and process of unified short messaging platform in detail,and analyzes the characteristics of the design and the control mechanism,provides a set of feasible design and architecture to the short message control of Intelligent hydropower plant system.
