目的：：明确湿疹患者中嗜酸粒细胞( EOS)计数和IgE水平的相关性。方法：对72例泛发性湿疹患者外周血采用XE－2100五分类血细胞分析仪和CLA－1过敏原检测系统分别进行EOS计数和总IgE水平检测,并进行相关性分析。结果：湿疹患者中IgE与EOS计数之间无相关性( r＝0.21,P>0.05)。结论： EOS计数的高低并不能反映IgE的水平,它可能受到机体其它免疫因素的影响。
목적：：명학습진환자중기산립세포( EOS)계수화IgE수평적상관성。방법：대72례범발성습진환자외주혈채용XE－2100오분류혈세포분석의화CLA－1과민원검측계통분별진행EOS계수화총IgE수평검측,병진행상관성분석。결과：습진환자중IgE여EOS계수지간무상관성( r＝0.21,P>0.05)。결론： EOS계수적고저병불능반영IgE적수평,타가능수도궤체기타면역인소적영향。
Objective:To determine the correlation between eosinophil count and IgE level in the patients with generalized eczema. Methods:The eosinophil count and IgE level in the 72 patients were measured by XE-2100 analyzer and CLA-1 allergen-specific IgE assay respectively and the correlation between them was analyzed. Results:There was no correlation between eosinophil count and IgE level in the patients with gener-alized eczema ( P>0.05) . Conclusion:Eosinophil count may not reflect the IgE level, which may be affected by the other unknown immune factors.
