随着高等教育事业的发展，“四风”问题也在高校蔓延开来。高校“四风”问题的表现形式多种多样，其产生更有复杂的根源。若要根除，必须建立长效机制，从建设学习型校园抓起，搞好理想信念教育和校园廉政文化建设及相关制度建设。只有这样，才能创造风清气正的大学育人环境。

Along with the development of higher education ,the problem of“Four Wind”also spread in colleges and universities .The“Four Wind” problems have various forms and their origins are very complex . In order to eradicate them ,a long-term mechanism must be established from the construction of learning campus ,ideal faith education ,cam-pus incorruption culture and other related institutional improvements so as to create a good atmosphere and educational en-vironment in colleges and universities .
