目的：：明确血清可溶性T细胞相关抗原－4( sCTLA－4)与早期梅毒血清固定的相关性。方法： ELISA检测60例早期梅毒血清固定患者、20例早期梅毒治疗后血清学转阴患者及20名健康志愿者血清中sCTLA－4水平；同时对血清固定患者sCTLA－4水平与RPR滴度及临床分期进行相关分析。结果：早期梅毒血清固定患者外周血sCTLA－4水平明显高于血清学转阴组及健康志愿者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清sCTLA－4水平与血清RPR固定滴度及临床分期无相关性(P>0.05)。结论：血清sCTLA－4表达水平增高可能与早期梅毒血清固定相关。
목적：：명학혈청가용성T세포상관항원－4( sCTLA－4)여조기매독혈청고정적상관성。방법： ELISA검측60례조기매독혈청고정환자、20례조기매독치료후혈청학전음환자급20명건강지원자혈청중sCTLA－4수평；동시대혈청고정환자sCTLA－4수평여RPR적도급림상분기진행상관분석。결과：조기매독혈청고정환자외주혈sCTLA－4수평명현고우혈청학전음조급건강지원자，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。혈청sCTLA－4수평여혈청RPR고정적도급림상분기무상관성(P>0.05)。결론：혈청sCTLA－4표체수평증고가능여조기매독혈청고정상관。
Objective:To determine the correlation between soluble cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated anti-gen- 4 ( sCTLA-4) and seroresistance in the patients with early syphilis. Methods:The serum level of sCT-LA-4 was measured by ELISA in 60 seroresistance syphilis patients, 20 syphilis patients whose antibodies in the sera were negativity after treatment and 20 healthy controls. The correlation between the level of sCTLA-4 and the RPR titers and the stage of syphilis were analyzed among the non-seroresistance patients after treat-ment. Results:The level of sCTLA-4 in seroresistance group was significantly higher than that in other two groups ( P<0.05) . There was no correlation between the level of sCTLA-4 and the RPR titers and the stage of syphilis ( P>0.05) . Conclusion:The sCTLA-4 may relate to the development of seroresistance in the patients with early syphilis.
