为了研究喷淋塔对硝酸磷肥尾气的脱氨特性,将空气和氨气按一定比例混合制成模拟尾气,用pH=1的稀硝酸溶液作为吸收剂,考察了空塔气速、喷淋密度、吸收液温度、混合气入口温度、入口氨浓度对脱氨体积传质系数K Ya的影响。结果表明: K Ya随着空塔气速的增加而显著增大;随着喷淋密度的增加, K Ya先增大后趋缓;入口气相温度和氨浓度对K Ya几乎无影响;随着吸收液温度的升高, K Ya呈先增大后减小的趋势。
為瞭研究噴淋塔對硝痠燐肥尾氣的脫氨特性,將空氣和氨氣按一定比例混閤製成模擬尾氣,用pH=1的稀硝痠溶液作為吸收劑,攷察瞭空塔氣速、噴淋密度、吸收液溫度、混閤氣入口溫度、入口氨濃度對脫氨體積傳質繫數K Ya的影響。結果錶明: K Ya隨著空塔氣速的增加而顯著增大;隨著噴淋密度的增加, K Ya先增大後趨緩;入口氣相溫度和氨濃度對K Ya幾乎無影響;隨著吸收液溫度的升高, K Ya呈先增大後減小的趨勢。
위료연구분림탑대초산린비미기적탈안특성,장공기화안기안일정비례혼합제성모의미기,용pH=1적희초산용액작위흡수제,고찰료공탑기속、분림밀도、흡수액온도、혼합기입구온도、입구안농도대탈안체적전질계수K Ya적영향。결과표명: K Ya수착공탑기속적증가이현저증대;수착분림밀도적증가, K Ya선증대후추완;입구기상온도화안농도대K Ya궤호무영향;수착흡수액온도적승고, K Ya정선증대후감소적추세。
The characteristics of ammonia removal in nitric phosphate tail gas with spray tower were studied in this paper. Simulated flue gas was obtained by mixing air and ammonia in certain ratio. The absorbent for removing ammonia was dilute nitric acid solution. The effects of gas velocity, spraying density, temperature of absorbing liquid, gas inlet temperature and inlet concentration on the volumetric mass transfer coefficient were investigated. The experimental results show that KYa increased with increasing gas velocity significantly. As the increase of spraying density, KYa first increases clearly and then slowly. The influence of tail gas temperature and inlet ammonia concentration on KYa is non-significant. As liquid temperature increases, the KYa increases firstly and then decreases.
