目的：探究原发性高血压合并舒张性心力衰竭患者应采用的治疗药物和效果。方法选取2013年3月～2014年11月收治的69例原发性高血压合并舒张性心力衰竭患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组38例患者选择美托洛尔缓释片的治疗，对照组31例患者选择苯磺酸氨氯地平片的治疗，观察患者治疗后心电图、血压、心率、血脂等情况。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为94.74%，对照组患者治疗有效率为83.87%，而且左室射血分数，舒张末期内径，E/A值，收缩压，舒张压和心率在治疗后的检测情况，也好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论原发性高血压合并舒张性心力衰竭患者选择美托洛尔缓释片的治疗，在较短时间内控制病情。

목적：탐구원발성고혈압합병서장성심력쇠갈환자응채용적치료약물화효과。방법선취2013년3월～2014년11월수치적69례원발성고혈압합병서장성심력쇠갈환자진행치료，수궤분조，실험조38례환자선택미탁락이완석편적치료，대조조31례환자선택분광산안록지평편적치료，관찰환자치료후심전도、혈압、심솔、혈지등정황。결과실험조환자치료유효솔위94.74%，대조조환자치료유효솔위83.87%，이차좌실사혈분수，서장말기내경，E/A치，수축압，서장압화심솔재치료후적검측정황，야호우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론원발성고혈압합병서장성심력쇠갈환자선택미탁락이완석편적치료，재교단시간내공제병정。
Objective Medication treatment and its effect in treatment of primary hypertension combine with diastolic heart failure is to be investigated. Methods Chose 69 patients of primary hypertension complicated with diastolic heart failure who were treated in hospital from March 2013 to November 2014 and separated them into two groups at random. 38 patients in study group were given Metoprolol release tablets treatment and 31 patients in control group were given amlodipine besylate tablets treatment,and then made a comparative study on patients’state in terms of ECG,blood pressure,heart rate and lipid. Results Patients’treatment efficacy in study group was 94.74%,while patients’treatment efficacy in control group was to 83.87%,besides, patients’blood-ejection score of left ventricular,end-diastolic diameter and their E/A values,systolic as wel as diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in study group were much more favorable than counterparts in control group,there was a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients of primary hypertension combined with diastolic heart failure,Metoprolol release tablets treatment is quite effective to control patients’il ness in short time.
