地铁盾构管片对外围土体的扰动高度敏感,因此选择合理的桩基施工技术十分必要。本文考虑紧邻浅埋地铁隧道施工的高风险性,提出了全套管“静压+旋转+切割”桩基成孔技术,较好地解决了桩基施工对地铁盾构的动态扰动问题。监测表明,地铁隧道各类变形中沉降变形影响最大,收敛变形次之,水平位移最小,但是变形值均小于安全限值。

M etro shield segments are highly sensitive to peripheral soil disturbance. T herefore,appropriate pile foundation construction technique should be necessarily adopted. Given the high risk of tunnel construction adjacent to shallow buried metro,a casing tube pile foundation hole formation technique of“static press+ rotation +cutting”was proposed,which can solve the dynamic disturbance of metro shield caused by pile foundation construction. T he monitoring results showed that settlement deformation has the greatest influence on metro tunnels,convergence deformation takes second place and displacement has the smallest effect in all kinds of deformations,the deformation values of which are less than the safety limit.
