“双师型”教师队伍建设是高职院校提高人才培养质量与办学水平的根本。文中以某高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的现状为案例，深入剖析高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设中存在的问题及原因，并由此提出完善顶层制度设计，为队伍建设提供制度保障等3个方面的建设举措。

The building-up of a faculty with double qualifications is the root of improvingteaching quality and school level for higher vocational colleges. This paper, on the basis of analyzing the problems and causes by taking the situ-ation of a vocational college as a case study, proposes improving the design of top-level system and three measures to guarantee the practice of improving faculty quality.
