目的：分析慢性胃炎患者的健康教育方法及实施效果。方法搜集2014年1月～2015年1月我院慢性胃炎40例，按照就诊日期单双号将其分成两组。甲组接受常规护理，共20例；在甲组基础上给予乙组健康教育，共20例。观察比较两组效果。结果两组相比，乙组依从性的优良率高（P<0.05），满意度高（P<0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论慢性胃炎健康教育效果确切，对提高患者依从性有明显作用。

목적：분석만성위염환자적건강교육방법급실시효과。방법수집2014년1월～2015년1월아원만성위염40례，안조취진일기단쌍호장기분성량조。갑조접수상규호리，공20례；재갑조기출상급여을조건강교육，공20례。관찰비교량조효과。결과량조상비，을조의종성적우량솔고（P<0.05），만의도고（P<0.05），차이유통계학의의。결론만성위염건강교육효과학절，대제고환자의종성유명현작용。
Objective To analyze health education method and its application effect in treatment of patients with chronic gastritis. Methods 40 patients with chronic gastritis were chose that were treated in hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 and separated them into two groups according to their hospitalization date number (odd number and even number). 20 patients in Group A were given conventional treatment while 20 patients in Group B were given health education in addition to conventional treatment and then observed and compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’excel ence rate of compliance Group B was much higher than that in Group A(P<0.05),besides,patients’satisfaction rate was much higher in Group B(P<0.05). There was a treatment differential between two groups. Conclusion Health education is of clinical efficacy in treatment of chronic gastritis,it exerts great influence on patients’compliance with treatment.
