以重庆市研究生培养为例，研究传统文化教育问题，从确立明确的课程研究目标，设定合理的课程内容，厘清要解决的关键问题几方面入手分析，提出了具体的解决方法：采用实地调查与文献研究相结合的手段，掌握翔实可靠的第一手资料；充分搭配传统与现代的教学方法，将“教”与“学”换位思考，做到教学相长；建立有效的反馈机制，为优化资源平台建设，提高教学质量提供切实保障。

This paper will take cultivation of graduate students in Chongqing as a case of study .Through setting up research goals for specific course and its reasonable content and clarifying crucial problems to be solved ,the author sets out to analyze and study and then proposes concrete solution .Firstly ,the author will master detailed and reliable first-hand information through the methods of field investigation and literature research .Secondly ,making full use of tradition-al and modern methods of teaching and letting teachers and students consider each other’ s position will benefit both teachers and students .Thirdly ,setting up efficient system of feedback and helping construct platform for resource will guarantee the quality of teaching .
