为解决马城铁矿因基建工程量大,建矿周期长造成的基建投资压力大的问题,提出了基建期提前出矿的思路。对矿山各区域进行提前出矿的条件进行了分析,在此基础上,阐述了各区提前出矿方案,并计算了各区提前出矿量。对提前出矿技术方案所需注意的问题进行分析,进一步说明了提前出矿的可行性,为缓解矿山投资压力提出了建设性意见。

To ease the stress of infrastructure investment due to the large number of construction and long construction time,mining plan in advance was proposed. The paper analyzes the conditions of mining in advance in each mining region. On this basis,the mining plan in advance of each mining region was elaborated,and the paper calculates the quantity of mine in advance. It analyzes the problems which need to pay attention to in mine in advance,further illustrates the feasibility of the mine in advance,and puts forward constructive suggestions to alleviate the pressure of the mining investment.
