目的：探讨放射性125I粒子植入治疗口腔颌面部腺源性恶性肿瘤的方法及效果。方法回顾性分析2011年4月～2012年4月在我院接受治疗的口腔颌面部腺源性恶性肿瘤患者15例，均进行125I粒子植入治疗。观察患者的疗效及并发症情况。结果所有患者均顺利完成植入治疗，术后6个月内复查时，无粒子移位现象；随访结果显示治疗总有效率高达86.7%，无严重并发症。结论为口腔颌面部腺源性恶性肿瘤患者进行临床治疗时植入放射性125I粒子，能够获得较好的治疗效果。
목적：탐토방사성125I입자식입치료구강합면부선원성악성종류적방법급효과。방법회고성분석2011년4월～2012년4월재아원접수치료적구강합면부선원성악성종류환자15례，균진행125I입자식입치료。관찰환자적료효급병발증정황。결과소유환자균순리완성식입치료，술후6개월내복사시，무입자이위현상；수방결과현시치료총유효솔고체86.7%，무엄중병발증。결론위구강합면부선원성악성종류환자진행림상치료시식입방사성125I입자，능구획득교호적치료효과。
Objective To explore the method and effect of125I radioactive particles implantation in treatment of oral and maxillofacial gland tumors. Methods15 cases of oral and maxillofacial gland malignant tumor patients were analyzed in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2012, underwent125I seed implantation in the treatment of. To observe the efifcacy and complications of patients.ResultsAll patients were successfully implanted treatment, follow-up 6 months after operation, no particle shift phenomenon, follow up results show that the total effective rate reaches as high as 86.7%, no serious complications.Conclusion For patients with oral and maxillofacial gland malignant tumors in clinical treatment of implantation of radioactive125I particles, can obtain good therapeutic effect.
