单甲氧基聚乙二醇5000(mPEG5000)和对甲苯磺酰氯(p-TsCl)磺酸酯化,得到单甲氧基聚乙二醇对甲苯磺酸酯(mPEG5000-OTs),与乙醇胺亲核取代反应,获得末端具有β-氨基醇结构的聚乙二醇中间体,用高碘酸盐氧化,得相对分子质量5000的端氨基聚乙二醇(mPEG5000-NH2),总收率75.1%,产物结构通过 IR 和1 H NMR 进行表征。
單甲氧基聚乙二醇5000(mPEG5000)和對甲苯磺酰氯(p-TsCl)磺痠酯化,得到單甲氧基聚乙二醇對甲苯磺痠酯(mPEG5000-OTs),與乙醇胺親覈取代反應,穫得末耑具有β-氨基醇結構的聚乙二醇中間體,用高碘痠鹽氧化,得相對分子質量5000的耑氨基聚乙二醇(mPEG5000-NH2),總收率75.1%,產物結構通過 IR 和1 H NMR 進行錶徵。

Monomethoxy poly( ethylene glycol)tosylate( mPEG5000-OTs)was synthesized by sulfonic esterification from monomethoxy poly(ethylene glycol)5000(mPEG5000)and p-toluenesulfonyl chloride (p-TsCl),and then reacted with ethanolamine as nucleophile to produce a new poly(ethylene glycol)in-termediate with the β-amino alcohol structure at the end. Amino-terminated poly( ethylene glycol ) (mPEG5000-NH2 )with the relative molecular mass of 5 000 was 75. 1% . The structures of products were characterized and identified by IR and 1 H NMR.
