以 NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH 为显色剂,采用紫外分光光度计法检测桂叶及桂叶渣提取液黄酮浓度。结果表明,桂叶及桂叶渣提取液黄酮浓度分别为2.56,1.18 g/ L,精密度 RSD 分别为0.308%,1.13%,重复性 RSD 分别为1.07%,3.82%。
以 NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH 為顯色劑,採用紫外分光光度計法檢測桂葉及桂葉渣提取液黃酮濃度。結果錶明,桂葉及桂葉渣提取液黃酮濃度分彆為2.56,1.18 g/ L,精密度 RSD 分彆為0.308%,1.13%,重複性 RSD 分彆為1.07%,3.82%。
이 NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH 위현색제,채용자외분광광도계법검측계협급계협사제취액황동농도。결과표명,계협급계협사제취액황동농도분별위2.56,1.18 g/ L,정밀도 RSD 분별위0.308%,1.13%,중복성 RSD 분별위1.07%,3.82%。
Using NaNO2-Al(NO3 )3-NaOH as chromogenic agent,and UV-spectrophotometric method to detect cassia leaf and cassia leaf residue extract concentration. The result showed that flavonoids extract concentration were 2. 56,1. 18 g / L,respectively,precision RSD were 0. 308% ,1. 13% ,repeatability RSD are 1. 07% and 3. 82% ,respectively.
