建立高效液相色谱快速测定竹节参中齐敦果酸含量的方法。选用 Kromasil C18柱(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-水(93:7)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/ min,检测波长215 nm。结果表明,齐墩果酸在2.36~23.60μg/ mL浓度与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r =0.9998),平均回收率98.86%,RSD 0.41%(n =6)。本法简单易行、重复性好、结果准确,可为竹节参中药材的质量评价提供依据。

To establish a content determination method of Oleanolic acid in Panax iaponicus by RP-HPLC. The separation was performed on Kromasil C18(150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)column,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(93: 7)with a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/ min,the detection wavelength was 215 nm. Results showed that the linear range of Oleanolic acid was 2. 36 ~ 23. 60 μg / mL(r = 0. 999 8),the average recovery was 98. 86% and RSD was 0. 41%(n = 6). This method is simple,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Panax iaponicus.
