《植物组织培养》课程对于培养学生实践动手能力、科学思维能力及科研创新能力具有显著成效，传统教学模式大大限制了该课程的教学效果，为此笔者提出了全实验教学的新模式，为更多实践性较强的课程提供了一种新的教学思路。

《식물조직배양》과정대우배양학생실천동수능력、과학사유능력급과연창신능력구유현저성효，전통교학모식대대한제료해과정적교학효과，위차필자제출료전실험교학적신모식，위경다실천성교강적과정제공료일충신적교학사로。
The teaching effects of plant tissue culture are obvious on cultivating students'abilities, e.g., experimental skills, scientific thinking and innovative abilities.But they were restricted under the old teaching model.For this reason, the author gives a new teaching reform, all experimental teaching, and expatiates its reason, feasibility, program and effects, so as to provide a new thinking for others.
