将化工厂废硝酸直接硝化对甲苯酚制取高性价比的医药中间体邻硝基对甲酚,通过跟踪水相中游离硝酸根的紫外吸收变化,考察了油水体积比、温度、转速及硝酸与对甲酚的摩尔浓度比等因素对反应的影响,结果表明:当油水体积比为5:34、温度30℃、转速600 r/min、n硝酸:n 对甲酚为1:0.8时,废水中硝酸含量下降82%,邻硝基对甲酚收率达79.5%。
將化工廠廢硝痠直接硝化對甲苯酚製取高性價比的醫藥中間體鄰硝基對甲酚,通過跟蹤水相中遊離硝痠根的紫外吸收變化,攷察瞭油水體積比、溫度、轉速及硝痠與對甲酚的摩爾濃度比等因素對反應的影響,結果錶明:噹油水體積比為5:34、溫度30℃、轉速600 r/min、n硝痠:n 對甲酚為1:0.8時,廢水中硝痠含量下降82%,鄰硝基對甲酚收率達79.5%。
장화공엄폐초산직접초화대갑분분제취고성개비적의약중간체린초기대갑분,통과근종수상중유리초산근적자외흡수변화,고찰료유수체적비、온도、전속급초산여대갑분적마이농도비등인소대반응적영향,결과표명:당유수체적비위5:34、온도30℃、전속600 r/min、n초산:n 대갑분위1:0.8시,폐수중초산함량하강82%,린초기대갑분수솔체79.5%。
In this paper, waste nitric acid from chemical works was directly used to nitrate p-cresol to prepare 2-Nitro-p-Cre-sol which is a cost-effective pharmaceutical intermediate.To get the optimum treatment process of waste nitric acid, UV was suc-cessfully used to detect the absorb change of the free nitrate in the solution.The result shows that, in the treatment condition of oil/water volume ratio (5/34), ambient temperature (30℃) and the rotate speed (600 r/min), nitric acid and p-cresol molar ratio (1/0.8),the concentration of nitric acid in the waste water decreased to 82 % , meanwhile, the yield of 2-Nitro-p-Cresol could reach to 79.5% compared to p-cresol.
