根据醇氨法原理开发用于直馏柴油新型复配脱酸剂 T,其组分主要包括甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、水、氨水五部分。设计正交实验考察因素氨体积比、反应温度、反应时间、剂油比对实验的影响,通过单因素实验的验证确定最优条件组合为反应时间10 min,反应温度40℃,剂油比1/3,氨体积比0.4,分相时间20 min,在此条件下直馏柴油脱酸率达到98.1%,油收率为97.5%。最后对溶剂相进行蒸馏得到粗环烷酸和脱酸剂,之后对复合脱酸剂的循环使用进行考察,循环3次后脱酸率为94%,脱酸后酸值5.88 mg(KOH)/100 mL 小于7 mg(KOH)/100 mL,国家柴油酸度标准,此时的油收率仍高达96.5%。表明新型复合脱酸剂能很好的改善脱酸效果。

Based on the principles of alcohol ammonia method developed new compound deacidification agent T whose components include methanol,ethanol,acetone,water,ammonia five parts for straight-run diesel. Designing orthogonal experimental investigate the effect through ammonia volume ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and solvent to oil ratios of the experiment. Through the single factor determine the optimal experimental condition was the reaction time 10 min,the reaction temperature 40 ℃,solvent to oil ratios 1 / 3,ammonia volume ratio 0. 4,a phase time 20 min. Under this condition,straight-run diesel deacidification rate reached 98. 1% ,oil yield was 97. 5% . The solvent phase was distilled off to obtain a crude naphthenic acid and deacidification agent. Then investigated the recycling of the composite deacidi-fying agent. After three cycles deacidification rate was 94% ,and acid value was 5. 88 mg( KOH)/100 mL less than 7 mg(KOH)/ 100 mL that which is national standards for diesel oil acidity,and oil yield at this time was still as high as 96. 5% . It showed that the new compound deacidification agent can be a good improvement deacidification.
