以 Wang Resin 为载体,Fmoc 保护氨基酸为原料,经 DIC/ HOBT 缩合,三氟乙酸(TFA)/间甲酚/乙二硫醇(EDT)裂解体系脱除保护基,经 RP-HPLC 纯化后得到了纯度为98%以上的神经降压素类似物,总收率为39.99%。

The neurotensin analogue was successfully synthesized according to its peptide sequence by using Wang Resin as a solid supporter with Fmoc-amino acids as raw materials and HOBT/ DIC as the coupling reagent. The peptide was cleaved from the resin with trifluoroacetic acid(TFA)in the presence of two additional scavengers m-cresol and EDT. The crude peptide of neurotensin analogue was purified by RP-HPLC. The purity was more than 98% and the total yield was 39. 99% .
