目的:探讨炎症细胞因子白细胞介素-31(IL-31)和白细胞介素-32(IL-32)在哮喘患者炎性病理过程中的作用。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测52例哮喘患者急性发作期及恢复期血清IL-31和IL-32的水平,以健康者血清作为对照。结果:哮喘患者急性发作期血清IL-31、IL-32分别为62.04±6.2pg/L,25.28±1.21pg/L,显著高于正常对照组受试者血清8.65±2.25pg/L和0.81±0.08pg/L,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.001)。恢复期血清IL-31、IL-32分别为34.07±4.2pg/L,15.13±0.72pg/L较治疗前明显降低(P<0.001),但仍高于正常对照组受试者血清,差异有统计学意义。结论:炎症细胞因子IL-31、IL-32在哮喘患者血清中异常升高,可能在导致气道炎症反应中发挥重要作用。

목적:탐토염증세포인자백세포개소-31(IL-31)화백세포개소-32(IL-32)재효천환자염성병리과정중적작용。방법:채용매련면역흡부법(ELISA법)검측52례효천환자급성발작기급회복기혈청IL-31화IL-32적수평,이건강자혈청작위대조。결과:효천환자급성발작기혈청IL-31、IL-32분별위62.04±6.2pg/L,25.28±1.21pg/L,현저고우정상대조조수시자혈청8.65±2.25pg/L화0.81±0.08pg/L,차이유통계학의의(P치균<0.001)。회복기혈청IL-31、IL-32분별위34.07±4.2pg/L,15.13±0.72pg/L교치료전명현강저(P<0.001),단잉고우정상대조조수시자혈청,차이유통계학의의。결론:염증세포인자IL-31、IL-32재효천환자혈청중이상승고,가능재도치기도염증반응중발휘중요작용。
Objective: To investigate the role of inflammatory cytokine interleukin-31 (IL-31) and interleukin-32 (IL-32) in asthma patients’ pathological inflammatory processes.Methods: <br> Using theenzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) assay, the serum level of IL-31 and IL-32 were detected in 52 patients with asthma which contains acute phase and recovery phase, healthy subiects were considered as a contrast. Results:The serum level of IL-31, IL-32 in patients with acute exacerbation of asthma were 62.04±6.2pg/L,25.28±1.21pg/L respectively,significantly higher than normal control subjects 8.65±2.25pg/ and 0.81±0.08pg/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The serum level of IL-31 and IL-32 in recovery phase were34.07±4.2pg/L,15.13±0.72pg/L,which were significantly lower(P <0.001)than before, but still higher than normal control subjects.The difference was statistically significant. Conclusions: The inflammatory cytokine IL-31, IL-32in the serum of asthma patients were abnormally elevated, mayplays an important role in airway inflammation.
