甲基肼二盐酸盐与二氰二胺,在乙醇-水的混合介质中进行环化,合成了1-甲基-3,5-二氨基-1,2,4-三唑(DAMT),研究了环化反应关键影响因素。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:成盐酸组分为盐酸,反应介质为乙醇-水混合溶剂,二氰二胺和甲基肼料比1:1.1~1:1.2,反应温度50℃,pH 值9~10。
甲基肼二鹽痠鹽與二氰二胺,在乙醇-水的混閤介質中進行環化,閤成瞭1-甲基-3,5-二氨基-1,2,4-三唑(DAMT),研究瞭環化反應關鍵影響因素。結果錶明,最佳反應條件為:成鹽痠組分為鹽痠,反應介質為乙醇-水混閤溶劑,二氰二胺和甲基肼料比1:1.1~1:1.2,反應溫度50℃,pH 值9~10。

1-Methyl-3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole(DAMT)was synthesized by condensation and cyclization of methyl hydrazine dihydrochloride with cyanoguanidine in ethanol and water. The key influence factor of cyclization was studied. The result showed that the optimum conditions are as follows:Hydrochloric acid is as acid component,the mixed solvent of water and ethanol as reaction medium,the ratio of dicyandiamide and methyl hydrazine(mol)is 1: 1. 1 ~ 1: 1. 2,the reaction temperature is 50 ℃,and pH = 9 ~ 10.
