以自制的磁性固体酸纤维 Fe/ C-SO3 H 催化光皮梾木油进行酯交换反应获得了生物柴油,并对影响酯交换反应的醇油摩尔比、催化剂含量、反应时间、反应温度等因素进行了优化。通过 GC-MC 及 FTIR 分析了光皮梾木油及其生物柴油的性质,并将生物柴油与0#柴油进行了对比分析。实验结果表明,Fe/ C-SO3 H 具有较好的催化性能,所得生物柴油性质优异。

The magnetic solid acid fiber of Fe / C-SO3 H which was made by homemade to catalyze Swida wilsoniana oil with ester exchange reaction,obtained biodiesel. And affecting the ester exchange reaction of alcohol mole ratio of oil,catalyst content,reaction time and reaction temperature are optimized. Swida wilsoniana oil and biodiesel were analyzed by GC-MC and FTIR,and compared the biodiesel oil and 0# diesel oil. The experimental results show that the Fe / C-SO3 H has good catalytic performance and the ex-cellent properties of biodiesel.
