在已知人为热释放、风速、日照时数和相对湿度的前提下,以芜湖市为例,运用灰色关联分析求出以上四个影响因素对行为因子(城市热岛效应)的关联影响程度,算出日照时数在四个环境因子中的比重,从而将白色屋顶计划对城市热岛效应的作用量化,建立了灰色预测模型。通过回归分析计算白屋顶计划对城市温度的影响,最后将预测数据与真实数据进行对比,模型结果表明“白屋顶计划”是合理且可行的。

In order to solve the urban heat island effect, Aiming at high efficiency, low cost and easier implementation, a grey relational analysis is proposed based on the“white roof plan”.In this paper, taking Wuhu city as an example, release, wind speed in the known anthropogenic heat, condition number and relative humidity of sunshine, we first use the grey correlation analy-sis to find the four factors ( anthropogenic heat release rate, wind speed, solar radiation, relative humidity) on behavior factor ( ur-ban heat island effect) correlation degree of influence, and calculate the sunshine hours in four environmental factors in the propor-tion, which will be white roof plan to quantify the role of urban heat island effect, and then establish the gray forecast model.Fi-nally, the prediction data and the real data experiments are compared .The simulation results show that the "white roof plan"is feasible and reasonable.
