本文设计了一种基于线阵点光源测量原理的大量程光电式静力水准仪,详细介绍了其测量原理、结构及测控电路,并通过试验验证了本设计的可行性和可靠性。仪器采用特殊设计的浮子导向装置和光电传感部件,解决了传统光电式静力水准仪装配复杂、测量精度低、在潮湿环境中可靠性差的问题,通过线阵点光源测量原理的应用,无需镜头,不仅解决了潮湿致使镜头发霉的问题,而且提高了测量范围。仪器通过了电力工业电力系统自动化设备质量检验测试中心的型式试验,各项指标均符合设计要求。

A large scale hydrostatic leveling base on linear point light sources measurement is designed.Its principles, structure and control circuit are introduced, and the feasibility and reliability is verified by experiment.By using special float guiding device and a photoelectric sensor unit, to solve the problem of traditional photoelectric with complex structure,low degree of accuracy,poor reliability . The design not only solved the moldy of lens,also largely enhanced the measurement range,which using the linear point light sources.The instrument has been passed the type test of the power industry and power system automation e-quipment quality inspection and test center,the indicators meet the design requirements.
