以赞皇大枣、冬枣、月光枣、阜平大枣和辣椒枣为试材,研究了基因型和植物生长调节剂对枣花药培养的影响。结果表明:TDZ、NAA、2,4-D对枣花药愈伤组织诱导均有作用;5个供试基因型的枣花药愈伤组织均在附加TDZ的增殖培养基上的增殖量最大;三十烷醇和TDZ均能诱导枣花药愈伤组织分化出再生植株;不同基因型之间花药愈伤组织诱导率和分化率均存在显著差异,以阜平大枣的愈伤组织诱导率最高,以月光枣的愈伤组织分化率最高。
以讚皇大棘、鼕棘、月光棘、阜平大棘和辣椒棘為試材,研究瞭基因型和植物生長調節劑對棘花藥培養的影響。結果錶明:TDZ、NAA、2,4-D對棘花藥愈傷組織誘導均有作用;5箇供試基因型的棘花藥愈傷組織均在附加TDZ的增殖培養基上的增殖量最大;三十烷醇和TDZ均能誘導棘花藥愈傷組織分化齣再生植株;不同基因型之間花藥愈傷組織誘導率和分化率均存在顯著差異,以阜平大棘的愈傷組織誘導率最高,以月光棘的愈傷組織分化率最高。

The effects of different genotypes and plant growth regulators on the anther culture of five Chinese jujube ( Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) cultivars (Zanhuangdazao, Dongzao, Yueguangzao, Fupingdazao, and Lajiaozao) were studied.The results showed that:TDZ, NAA and2 4,-D all had a positive effect on callus induction of jujube anthers;all calli from 5genotypes of jujube an -thers could proliferate maximumly in the proliferation medium supplemented with TDZ ;both triacontanol and TDZ could induce the callus differentiation of jujube anthers to form regenerated plantlets;there were significant differences in both callus induction rate and callus differentiation rate of anthers among different genotypes, and the callus induction rate of Fupingdazao was the highest, while the callus differentiation rate of Yueguangzao was the highest.
