目的：探讨64层冠状动脉成像技术临床应用价值。方法采用64层螺旋CT对399例患者行冠状动脉CTA检查,并做重组图像。结果399例患者中,MSCT发现各种类型的斑块1044个；冠状动脉的轻度、中度和重度狭窄多分布在左前降支近段和右冠状动脉近段。结论 MSCT能同时发现冠脉各种斑块和不同程度的管腔狭窄或闭塞,多层螺旋CT冠脉成像可作为冠心病的一种先进的筛选手段。

목적：탐토64층관상동맥성상기술림상응용개치。방법채용64층라선CT대399례환자행관상동맥CTA검사,병주중조도상。결과399례환자중,MSCT발현각충류형적반괴1044개；관상동맥적경도、중도화중도협착다분포재좌전강지근단화우관상동맥근단。결론 MSCT능동시발현관맥각충반괴화불동정도적관강협착혹폐새,다층라선CT관맥성상가작위관심병적일충선진적사선수단。
Objective To study the clinical value of coronary artery imaging. Methods All 399 patients received CTA examination by 64 slice coronary spiral CT, and the restructure of the image was conducted. Results Among 399 pa-tients, the MSCT found 1044 patients with various types of patches. Mild, moderate and severe stenosis of coronary artery mostly distributed in the proximal segment of left anterior descending branch and right coronary artery. Con-clusion MSCT can find different degree of luminal stenosis or occlusion and myocardial infarction at the same time. MSCT coronary artery imaging can be used as an advanced means of screening for coronary heart disease.
