目的探讨增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体手术中更完全地切除玻璃体,减少玻璃体再出血及再手术的发生.方法对2010年1月至2012年12月在唐山市眼科医院就诊的334例415只眼增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变手术患者作回顾性分析,术中均填充平衡盐溶液(BSS液),观察术后6个月内再次出血及再手术情况.将就诊病人分为2组,一组术中未行曲安奈德(TA)染色,二组术中行TA染色,观察统计术后再出血、再手术情况.结果 TA染色后可以更好地切除玻璃体,减少了术后再出血及再手术的发生率.结论 TA染色在增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体手术中是可以应用的一个手术方法,可以减少术后并发症的发生,减少再手术的风险.

Objective To evaluate the removal residual vitreous and postoperative anti-inflammatory effect of application triamcinaolone acetonide (TA) in surgery of pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) for proliferative diabetic retnopathy (PDR).Methods Through retrospective analysis of the 415 eyes from 334 different cases on proliferative diabetic retinopathy during the two years from January 2010 to December 2012 were analyzed.Of those that the patients were all stuffed with the BBS liquid.The situation of the rehaemorrhagia and reoperation was observed.The patients were divided into two groups,one with the TA staining,and the other without this measurement.Results After performing the TA staining,as a matter of fact,the situation turned out that it reduced the rehaemorrhiagia and the potential of reoperation.Hence,it had made better result of the vitrectomy.Conclusions TA staining is a practical method in operation which can reduce the numbers of the occurrence of the postoperative complications,lessen the risk caused by the reoperation.
