分析我国当前传染病学临床见习教学中所面临的问题，包括传染病疾病谱变化、流行的季节性与地域性、教学实践的风险以及医疗环境对传染病学临床见习的影响。针对上述问题提出相应的改革措施，以提高医学生传染病学临床见习效果。

To analyze the problems in clinical practice of infectious diseases in China, including the spectrum of infectious diseases, the seasonal and regional, the risk of teaching practice and the influence of medical environment on the clinical probation of infectious diseases. To improve the clinical probation effect of medical students' infectious diseases, the reform measures are put forward to improve the medical students' clinical probation.
