为了改善气化炉内气固混合,提高气化炉性能,在干煤粉气化炉内采用气固两相脉动射流,对对置脉冲气固射流气化炉内气固两相流动进行数值模拟,射流喷口速度服从正弦变化,并且对置射流的喷口速度相位差180°。数值模拟预测了脉冲射流速度频率为0.25、1.0和5.0 Hz 时,气体和颗粒速度及浓度的变化规律,得到了颗粒浓度和颗粒压力等分布信息,分析了脉冲射流速度对气化炉内气固流场的改善作用。结果表明,气固两相脉动射流在一定程度上可增强气化炉内气固混合,又降低了射流引起的能耗。

To improve the gas-solid mixing and the gasifier performance,gas-solid pulsating jet would be used in the gasifier.The gas-solid flows from opposed jets into the gasifier were numerically simulated with the speed of the jet nozzle obeying the sinu-soidal variation and the phase difference of 180 degrees.Numerical simulation predicts the variation of gas and particle velocity and concentration at a frequency of 0.25,1.0 and 5.0 Hz of the pulse jet velocity.The particle concentration and particle pressure distribution were obtained and the improvement of pulse jet velocity gas-solid flow field inside the gasifier was also analyzed.It can be concluded that the gas-solid flows pulse jet can enhance the gasifier gas-solid mixture and reduce the energy consumption caused by jet.
