目的：强化精神科护士法律意识，提高精神科护理管理质量，维护护患双方合法权益。方法采用专题讲座、案例分析等形式对全院精神科98名护士进行分层次培训，统一思想，提高认识。结果精神科护士均能熟练掌握《精神卫生法》的核心纲领，在具体工作中做到依法执业。结论精神科护士必须牢固树立法制观念，增强法律意识，用法律的武器维护双方的合法权益，以确保护理质量与安全。
목적：강화정신과호사법률의식，제고정신과호리관리질량，유호호환쌍방합법권익。방법채용전제강좌、안례분석등형식대전원정신과98명호사진행분층차배훈，통일사상，제고인식。결과정신과호사균능숙련장악《정신위생법》적핵심강령，재구체공작중주도의법집업。결론정신과호사필수뢰고수입법제관념，증강법률의식，용법률적무기유호쌍방적합법권익，이학보호리질량여안전。
Objective To strengthen the legal consciousness of psychiatric nurses, improve the quality of psychiatric nursing management, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both patients and nurses.Methods Using lectures, case analysis and other forms of the psychiatric nurses were divided into 98 levels of training, unified thought, improve knowledge. Results The core program of psychiatric nurses were able to master the"mental health law", in the speciifc work done in accordance with the law practice.Conclusion Psychiatric nurses must ifrmly establish the concept of the legal system, strengthen the legal consciousness, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties to use legal weapons to ensure the quality and safety of nursing care.
