目的:促进学生掌握糖尿病相关知识,提高学生运用理论知识的能力及社会活动能力,全面提升学生的综合素质。方法对在首都医科大学第三临床学部上临床课的大二学生进行多元化的第二课堂活动。结果参加第二课堂组学生分数(17.82±1.72)分,未参加第二课堂组学生分数(15.92±2.57)分,两组分数差异有统计学意义(t=2.302,P=0.026)。在教学评价中,参与第二课堂的同学都认为此种教学方式新颖,可以强化相关知识,补充知识漏洞,受益匪浅。结论第二课堂给学生提供了创新、展示、实践与回味所学知识的平台,能有效激发学生的专业学习兴趣,使其挖掘自我潜能,增强自信心和自我认同感。

목적:촉진학생장악당뇨병상관지식,제고학생운용이론지식적능력급사회활동능력,전면제승학생적종합소질。방법대재수도의과대학제삼림상학부상림상과적대이학생진행다원화적제이과당활동。결과삼가제이과당조학생분수(17.82±1.72)분,미삼가제이과당조학생분수(15.92±2.57)분,량조분수차이유통계학의의(t=2.302,P=0.026)。재교학평개중,삼여제이과당적동학도인위차충교학방식신영,가이강화상관지식,보충지식루동,수익비천。결론제이과당급학생제공료창신、전시、실천여회미소학지식적평태,능유효격발학생적전업학습흥취,사기알굴자아잠능,증강자신심화자아인동감。
Objective To promote students to acquire the knowledge of diabetes, improve their application ability of theoretical knowledge and the ability of social activity, and enhance the comprehensive quality of students. Methods We carried out diversified second curriculum activities for sophomore in third clinical medicine department in Capital Medical University. Results The students who attended second curriculum activities acquired (17. 82 ± 1. 72) scores while students who did not attended obtained (15. 92 ± 2. 57) scores (t=2. 302,P=0. 026). All students considered this kind of teaching method innovative and this method could strengthen relative knowledge, patch shortage of knowledge. Conclusions The second curriculum activities provide a creative, displayed, practical and reflected platform, effectively inspired students′interest on professional learning, develop their potential ability, and contribute to self-confidence and the sense of self-identity.
