目的:探讨360度反馈评价法对急诊科护理质量的影响。方法对急诊科的医生、护士、护士长、患者及其家属分别采用自制的急诊科护士工作质量360度评价表,对急诊科护士的基础护理、专科护理、护理态度、工作效率、协作能力等5个项目进行评价,每月进行1次,将评价结果对全体护士进行反馈,共同探讨问题的原因和解决方法。比较实施前后急诊科护士工作质量评分,比较医生、护士和患者对护理工作的满意度。结果实施前护士工作质量总均分为(68.7±18.4)分,实施后3个月为(84.3±12.5)分,差异有统计学意义(t =4.435,P <0.01);实施后6个月工作质量总均分(92.1±6.2)分,与实施后3个月比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.536,P<0.01)。实施后3,6个月医生对护理工作的总体满意度均为100.0%;护士对自身的满意度分别为87.5%,100.0%;患者的满意度分别为90.9%,100.0%,均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论360度反馈评价法能提高急诊科的护理人员的护理质量,提高医生、护士和患者的满意度,值得临床推广使用。

목적:탐토360도반궤평개법대급진과호리질량적영향。방법대급진과적의생、호사、호사장、환자급기가속분별채용자제적급진과호사공작질량360도평개표,대급진과호사적기출호리、전과호리、호리태도、공작효솔、협작능력등5개항목진행평개,매월진행1차,장평개결과대전체호사진행반궤,공동탐토문제적원인화해결방법。비교실시전후급진과호사공작질량평분,비교의생、호사화환자대호리공작적만의도。결과실시전호사공작질량총균분위(68.7±18.4)분,실시후3개월위(84.3±12.5)분,차이유통계학의의(t =4.435,P <0.01);실시후6개월공작질량총균분(92.1±6.2)분,여실시후3개월비교차이유통계학의의(t=3.536,P<0.01)。실시후3,6개월의생대호리공작적총체만의도균위100.0%;호사대자신적만의도분별위87.5%,100.0%;환자적만의도분별위90.9%,100.0%,균고우실시전,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론360도반궤평개법능제고급진과적호리인원적호리질량,제고의생、호사화환자적만의도,치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the effect of 360 degree feedback method on nursing quality in Emergency Department. Methods A self-designed 360 degree feedback assessment scale was used monthly in 40 emergency nurses to assess the nursing quality by all doctors, nurses, head nurse, patients and their families from 5 aspects including basic nursing, specific nursing, nursing attitude, work efficiency and cooperation ability. The results were given to all nurses, then to discuss the cause of the problem and the solution method. The satisfaction for nursing work of doctors, nurses and patients were compared before and after the implementation of 360 degree feedback method. Results The total score of nursing quality before implementationwas(68.7±18.4),and(84.3±12.5)score3monthsafterintervention(t=4.435,P<0. 01) and (92. 1 ± 6. 2) score 6 months after implementation having statistical significance with 3 months after implementation ( t = 3. 536, P < 0. 01 ). The total satisfactory rates after 3 months and 6 months of implementation among doctors were 100. 0%, while nurses were respectively 87. 5% and 100. 0%, and all of them were significantly higher than that before the implementation (P<0. 05). The total satisfactory rates after 3 months and 6 months of implementation of patients were respectively 90. 9% and 100. 0%, which were significantly higher than that before the implementation (P<0. 05). Conclusions 360 degree feedback method can improve the nursing quality in Emergency Department, and doctors, nurses, patients′satisfaction. It should be promoted.
