为了扩展速度估计范围,将高频注入法和自适应观测器相结合,在低速时,以高频注入法为主导作用,中高速时则平滑过渡到自适应观测器,从而扩展了永磁同步电机无速度传感器矢量控制系统的调速范围;同时,分析了死区对系统的影响,并提出了相应的补偿方案;最后,通过仿真验证了本方案的可行性。结果表明,所介绍方案可以实现全速度段的转速估计。
為瞭擴展速度估計範圍,將高頻註入法和自適應觀測器相結閤,在低速時,以高頻註入法為主導作用,中高速時則平滑過渡到自適應觀測器,從而擴展瞭永磁同步電機無速度傳感器矢量控製繫統的調速範圍;同時,分析瞭死區對繫統的影響,併提齣瞭相應的補償方案;最後,通過倣真驗證瞭本方案的可行性。結果錶明,所介紹方案可以實現全速度段的轉速估計。

To extend the scope of speed estimation,a vector control method based on speed adaptive observer without speed sensor and high frequency signal injection is proposed.When PMSM is working at low speed,high frequency signal is injected to esti-mate the speed.When PMSM is working at high speed,the adaptive observer proposed in this paper is used.Therefore,the esti-mated speed range is increased.Meanwhile,the influence of PWM dead time is studied.And the compensation method is also proposed.Finally,the validity of the proposed method is proved by simulation results.Results show that the proposed scheme can realize sensorless control of PMSM for wide-speed-range operation.
