目的::采用HPLC法测定高良姜素的含量,从而评价高良姜素分子印迹萃取柱的分离效率。方法:以高良姜素为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,丙酮为致孔剂,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,制备高良姜素分子印迹聚合物,采用HPLC法测定分离出的高良姜素的含量,以评价分子印迹萃取柱的分离效率。结果:高良姜素在1.0-5.0μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=17014x+457.2,r=0.9989(n=5)。高良姜素的平均含量为0.91%,RSD为2.4%(n=6)。结论:高良姜素分子印迹萃取柱的分离效率较高,可以很好的分离高良姜饮片提取液中的高良姜素。

목적::채용HPLC법측정고량강소적함량,종이평개고량강소분자인적췌취주적분리효솔。방법:이고량강소위모판분자,병희선알위공능단체,병동위치공제,을이순이갑기병희산지위교련제,제비고량강소분자인적취합물,채용HPLC법측정분리출적고량강소적함량,이평개분자인적췌취주적분리효솔。결과:고량강소재1.0-5.0μg/ml범위내정량호적선성관계,선성방정위y=17014x+457.2,r=0.9989(n=5)。고량강소적평균함량위0.91%,RSD위2.4%(n=6)。결론:고량강소분자인적췌취주적분리효솔교고,가이흔호적분리고량강음편제취액중적고량강소。
Objective:To evaluate the separation efficiency of Galangin molecular imprinted polymers by detecting the Galangin contents with HPLC.Methods:The Galangin molecular imprinted polymers were prepared by using Galangin as template molecule, acrylamide as functional monomers, acetone as pore-foaming agent, ethylene glycol dimethyl acrylic ester as crosslinking agent. The separation efficiency of Galangin molecular imprinted polymers was evaluated by detecting the Galangin content by HPLC.Results:The linear range of Galangin was 1.0-5.0 μg/ml, the linear equation was y=17014x+457.2 (r=0.9989, n=5).The average content of Galangin was 0.91% (RSD=2.4%, n=6).Conclusions: The separation efficiency of Galangin molecular imprinted polymers is higher; and it can separate the Galangin inAlpinia officinarum well.
