为了提高我国城镇集中供热系统的数字化程度,使智能化管理集中供热系统中的诸多换热器能够及时、准确地诊断出换热器运行过程中的结垢或堵塞故障,从工程实际应用的角度出发,针对“城镇供热系统智能决策平台开发与示范”项目,建立了板式换热器智能故障诊断系统;提出了基于实时监测的板式换热器结垢或堵塞故障诊断模型;在此基础上给出了板式换热器压力降与流量的关联式,并以实际的板式换热器为例进行了计算与实验验证。实验结果表明:该故障诊断模型可以满足工程实际应用的基本要求,有较强的适用性,并且在板式换热器故障诊断系统中具有广阔的应用前景。
為瞭提高我國城鎮集中供熱繫統的數字化程度,使智能化管理集中供熱繫統中的諸多換熱器能夠及時、準確地診斷齣換熱器運行過程中的結垢或堵塞故障,從工程實際應用的角度齣髮,針對“城鎮供熱繫統智能決策平檯開髮與示範”項目,建立瞭闆式換熱器智能故障診斷繫統;提齣瞭基于實時鑑測的闆式換熱器結垢或堵塞故障診斷模型;在此基礎上給齣瞭闆式換熱器壓力降與流量的關聯式,併以實際的闆式換熱器為例進行瞭計算與實驗驗證。實驗結果錶明:該故障診斷模型可以滿足工程實際應用的基本要求,有較彊的適用性,併且在闆式換熱器故障診斷繫統中具有廣闊的應用前景。

To improve the digitized degree of urban central heating system in our country,and manage numerous heat exchangers in the central heating system,moreover,timely and accurately diagnose with scale or jam faults of heat exchangers in the opera-tion process,from the viewpoint of engineering application,the intelligent fault diagnosis system of plate heat exchanger is estab-lished,aiming at the urban heating system intelligent decision-making platform development and demonstration project.Plate heat exchanger scale or jam fault diagnosis model is established based on real-time monitoring.Meanwhile,the correlations between pressure drop and flow of plate heat exchanger are given and applied to an actual plate heat exchanger for calculation and experi-mental verification.Results show that the fault diagnosis model can basically meet the requirements for engineering application, having a strong applicability and has a broad application prospect in the fault diagnosis system of plate heat exchanger.
