目的::探讨环黄芪醇对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤脑组织的保护作用。方法:采用线栓法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注(缺血2h再灌注24h)模型并给予环黄芪醇干预,评价大鼠的Garcia JH神经功能评分,并采用TTC染色法计算大鼠的脑梗死灶容积百分比。结果:环黄芪醇中、高剂量组大鼠神经功能评分明显高于模型组(P<0.05),脑梗死灶容积百分比明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:环黄芪醇能提高脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的神经功能评分、缩小脑梗死体积,对局灶性脑缺血再灌注脑组织损伤具有保护作用。
目的::探討環黃芪醇對大鼠跼竈性腦缺血再灌註損傷腦組織的保護作用。方法:採用線栓法建立大鼠跼竈性腦缺血再灌註(缺血2h再灌註24h)模型併給予環黃芪醇榦預,評價大鼠的Garcia JH神經功能評分,併採用TTC染色法計算大鼠的腦梗死竈容積百分比。結果:環黃芪醇中、高劑量組大鼠神經功能評分明顯高于模型組(P<0.05),腦梗死竈容積百分比明顯低于模型組(P<0.05)。結論:環黃芪醇能提高腦缺血再灌註損傷大鼠的神經功能評分、縮小腦梗死體積,對跼竈性腦缺血再灌註腦組織損傷具有保護作用。
목적::탐토배황기순대대서국조성뇌결혈재관주손상뇌조직적보호작용。방법:채용선전법건립대서국조성뇌결혈재관주(결혈2h재관주24h)모형병급여배황기순간예,평개대서적Garcia JH신경공능평분,병채용TTC염색법계산대서적뇌경사조용적백분비。결과:배황기순중、고제량조대서신경공능평분명현고우모형조(P<0.05),뇌경사조용적백분비명현저우모형조(P<0.05)。결론:배황기순능제고뇌결혈재관주손상대서적신경공능평분、축소뇌경사체적,대국조성뇌결혈재관주뇌조직손상구유보호작용。
Objective:To investigate the protective effects of cycloastragenol on brain injury induced by focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats.Methods:Focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion (ischemia 2h, reperfusion 24h) injury rats’ model was set up by blocking the middle cerebral artery with suture; before operation the rats were given cycloastragenol for 7 days. The Garcia JH neurological score of rats were evaluated; TTC method was used to calculate the infarction volume of rats.Results:The Garcia JH neurological score of rats in cycloastragenol high dose and middle dose group were obviously higher than that of rats in model group(P<0.05), but the infarction volume was obviously lower (P<0.05). Conclusions:Cycloastragenol can increase the neurological score and reduce infarction volume of cerebral ischemia reperfusion model rats, so it has protective effects on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion brain injury.
