目的：比较国内外的养老模式，建立适合中国国情的养老模式。方法：分析比较国内外养老模式的优缺点，寻找国外养老模式与我国文化的交汇点，建立和完善社会主义养老模式。结果：无论国内还是国外，养老模式均与其文化一一对应。我们应该有选择的借鉴国外养老模式，通过中外文化融合的途径，完善和发展我国养老模式。结论：借鉴国外的养老模式时，需加强政府的主导作用，还需要加快养老法律法规的建设，方能建立适合中国国情、富含中国特色社会主义特色的养老保障体系。
목적：비교국내외적양로모식，건립괄합중국국정적양로모식。방법：분석비교국내외양로모식적우결점，심조국외양로모식여아국문화적교회점，건립화완선사회주의양로모식。결과：무론국내환시국외，양로모식균여기문화일일대응。아문응해유선택적차감국외양로모식，통과중외문화융합적도경，완선화발전아국양로모식。결론：차감국외적양로모식시，수가강정부적주도작용，환수요가쾌양로법율법규적건설，방능건립괄합중국국정、부함중국특색사회주의특색적양로보장체계。
AIM:To compare the pension mode at home and a-broad,and establish the old-age model suitable for China's nation-al conditions.METHODS:To analyze and compare advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign pension model,explore the intersection point of foreign pension model and Chinese cul-ture, establish and perfect the socialist old-age mode. RE-SULTS:Whether domestic or foreign,the pension modes fit with their own corresponding culture.We should refer to foreign pen-sion model optionally,improve and develop the pension mode in China through the integration of different cultures.CONCLU-SION:The government not only needs to strengthen the leading role when referring to foreign pension model,but also needs to ac-celerate the construction of pension laws and regulations.Thus we can establish pension system that is suitable for China's national conditions and rich in characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
