目的：探究优质护理服务模式对肝炎后肝硬化并消化道大出血患者的护理效果。方法选取我院收治的70例肝炎后肝硬化并消化道大出血患者随机分为A组（n=35，给予常规护理服务模式）和B组（n=35，给予优质护理服务模式），比较两组基础护理合格率和护理满意度。结果 B组基础护理合格率及护理满意度均优于A组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论优质护理服务模式可提高肝炎后肝硬化并消化道大出血患者的基础合格率和护理满意度。
목적：탐구우질호리복무모식대간염후간경화병소화도대출혈환자적호리효과。방법선취아원수치적70례간염후간경화병소화도대출혈환자수궤분위A조（n=35，급여상규호리복무모식）화B조（n=35，급여우질호리복무모식），비교량조기출호리합격솔화호리만의도。결과 B조기출호리합격솔급호리만의도균우우A조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론우질호리복무모식가제고간염후간경화병소화도대출혈환자적기출합격솔화호리만의도。
Objective To explore the quality of nursing service mode of nursing in patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis of the liver and digestive tract hemorrhage.Methods 70 cases of our hospital patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis of the liver and digestive tract hemorrhage were randomly divided into group A (n=35, given routine nursing service mode) and group B (n=35, given the high quality nursing service mode), compared two groups of qualified rate of basic nursing and nursing satisfaction. Results The qualified rate of basic nursing and nursing satisfaction of B group were significantly better than that of group A, the difference is statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionHigh quality nursing service mode can signiifcantly improve patients with hepatitis cirrhosis of the liver and digestive tract hemorrhage after the foundation of qualified rate and nursing satisfaction, have positive clinical popularization value.
