目的:对全程分期健康教育对胃癌根治手术患者的应用效果进行探讨。方法选取2011年9月—2013年10月收治的128例符合本次研究纳入和排除标准的胃癌根治手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为采用全程分期健康教育的观察组和采用常规教育模式的常规组,每组各64例,对两组患者治疗前、出院时以及出院后6个月对疾病相关知识的知晓度以及出院6个月后患者的医嘱依从性和生活质量进行比较。结果观察组患者出院时、出院后6个月评分均明显高于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者出院后完全依从性患者数较常规组患者明显增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总体健康状态评分较常规组患者明显升高,且两组患者在角色功能、情绪功能、疲劳、恶心和呕吐、气促、失眠、食欲缺乏、便秘、腹泻9个领域或条目上差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论全程分期健康教育可有效加强胃癌患者对健康知识的知晓度,提高患者院外治疗的医嘱依从性,对改善其生活质量具有积极的作用。

목적:대전정분기건강교육대위암근치수술환자적응용효과진행탐토。방법선취2011년9월—2013년10월수치적128례부합본차연구납입화배제표준적위암근치수술환자작위연구대상,수궤분위채용전정분기건강교육적관찰조화채용상규교육모식적상규조,매조각64례,대량조환자치료전、출원시이급출원후6개월대질병상관지식적지효도이급출원6개월후환자적의촉의종성화생활질량진행비교。결과관찰조환자출원시、출원후6개월평분균명현고우상규조,차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05);관찰조환자출원후완전의종성환자수교상규조환자명현증가,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05);관찰조환자총체건강상태평분교상규조환자명현승고,차량조환자재각색공능、정서공능、피로、악심화구토、기촉、실면、식욕결핍、편비、복사9개영역혹조목상차이균구유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론전정분기건강교육가유효가강위암환자대건강지식적지효도,제고환자원외치료적의촉의종성,대개선기생활질량구유적겁적작용。
Objective To discuss the application effect of staged whole health education in patients with gastric cancer radical surgery. Methods A total of 128 patients with gastric cancer radical surgery who were selected according to the standard of research from September 2011 to October 2013 as the research objects, were randomly and averagely divided into the observation group undergoing whole health education and the conventional group receiving conventional education mode. We compared the awareness of disease related knowledge before treatment, discharge and 6 months after hospital discharge, compliance with doctor′s advice and living quality of patients between two groups. Results At the time of discharge, 6 months after discharge, the assessment score of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group (P<0. 05). The increasing patients of compliance in the observation group were apparently higher than those of the conventional group (P <0. 05); the total score of health status assessment presented the same trend between two groups (P<0. 05). The difference also existed at the 9 aspects of role function, emotional function, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, anhelation, insomnia, anorexia, constipation and diarrhea between two groups (P <0. 05). Conclusions The phased whole health education can effectively enhance the awareness of disease related knowledge, improve outpatients′medical compliance, and play an active role in improving their quality of life.
