目的：探讨心理护理干预对脑卒中抑郁、焦虑患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取脑卒中抑郁、焦虑患者89例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组44例给予常规护理方法,观察组45例在对照组基础上给予心理护理。心理状况采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表( HAMD)、焦虑自评量表( SAS)和抑郁自评量表( SDS)评估,生活质量采用WHO-QOLs量表评定,比较两组患者神经功能恢复程度、心理状况、生活质量和护理质量的差异。结果护理前,两组患者神经功能缺损程度、HAMD、SAS和SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；护理后,观察组上述指标均明显降低,生活质量(心理、生理、环境和社会关系)评分均明显增高,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度(93.33%)明显高于对照组(70.45%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.13,P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预可以有效改善脑卒中抑郁、焦虑患者心理健康水平,提高其生活质量。
목적：탐토심리호리간예대뇌졸중억욱、초필환자심리상태급생활질량적영향。방법선취뇌졸중억욱、초필환자89례,채용수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조,대조조44례급여상규호리방법,관찰조45례재대조조기출상급여심리호리。심리상황채용한밀이돈억욱량표( HAMD)、초필자평량표( SAS)화억욱자평량표( SDS)평고,생활질량채용WHO-QOLs량표평정,비교량조환자신경공능회복정도、심리상황、생활질량화호리질량적차이。결과호리전,량조환자신경공능결손정도、HAMD、SAS화SDS평분비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)；호리후,관찰조상술지표균명현강저,생활질량(심리、생리、배경화사회관계)평분균명현증고,량조비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조호리만의도(93.33%)명현고우대조조(70.45%),량조비교차이유통계학의의(χ2=5.13,P<0.05)。결론심리호리간예가이유효개선뇌졸중억욱、초필환자심리건강수평,제고기생활질량。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on mental health and quality of life for stroke patients with depression and anxiety. Methods Totals of 89 stroke patients with depression and anxiety were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group ( 44 cases ) was given routine nursing method, while the observation group ( 45 cases ) was given psychological nursing care based on the control group. The mental status was evaluated by HAMD, SAS and SDS scale, and the quality of life was evaluated by WHO-QOLs. The recovery of nerve function, mental status, life and nursing quality between groups were compared. Results Before the nursing intervention, the neurologic impairment score, HAMD score, SAS score and SDS score between groups had no significant difference ( P>0. 05). After the nursing intervention, the above scores of the observation group was decreased significantly, and the score of quality of life ( psychological, physiological, environmental and social relationships ) of the observation group were significantly improved (P<0. 05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93. 33%, which was significantly higher than 70. 45% of the control group (χ2 =5. 13,P <0. 05). Conclusions The psychological nursing intervention can help patients improve mental health and quality of life.
