目的：探讨剖宫产术后切口愈合不良的护理方法及临床效果。方法回顾分析2010年4月～2015年3月期间的56例产妇的临床资料，均发生了切口不良，对其采取全面的、有效的综合护理措施。结果56例产妇经过精心的治疗及全面的护理，均痊愈出院，住院时间9～18天，平均（13.2±2.6）天。结论对剖宫产术后切口愈合不良采取全面的、有效的护理措施可以促进切口的恢复和愈合，减少产妇的痛苦，促进产科护理质量的提升。
목적：탐토부궁산술후절구유합불량적호리방법급림상효과。방법회고분석2010년4월～2015년3월기간적56례산부적림상자료，균발생료절구불량，대기채취전면적、유효적종합호리조시。결과56례산부경과정심적치료급전면적호리，균전유출원，주원시간9～18천，평균（13.2±2.6）천。결론대부궁산술후절구유합불량채취전면적、유효적호리조시가이촉진절구적회복화유합，감소산부적통고，촉진산과호리질량적제승。
Objective To investigate the nursing methods and clinical effects of poor healing after cesarean incision.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the 56 cases of maternity patients treated between April 2010 to March 2015. Poor incision healing occurred to all, and all-round, effective and comprehensive nursing measures were taken.Results After being carefully treated and comprehensively cared, 56 cases of maternity patients were all cured and discharged from hospital, with hospital stay length being between 9 and 18 days, (13.2±2.6) days on average.Conclusion Comprehensive and effective nursing measures for poor healing after caesarean incision can accelerate the recovery and healing of the incision, reduce pain, and promote obstetric care quality.
