目的：观察不同处理方法对混合痔术后疼痛的疗效。方法：采用随机数字表法将符合病例纳入标准的80例混合痔术后患者分为两组，对照组40例，观察组40例。对照组用1∶5000浓度的高锰酸钾溶液坐浴，观察组采用复方中药坐浴熏洗剂。术后在常规治疗的基础上24h、48h、72h坐浴，观察两组疼痛变化情况。结果：两组在术后镇痛方面差异显著，观察组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。
목적：관찰불동처리방법대혼합치술후동통적료효。방법：채용수궤수자표법장부합병례납입표준적80례혼합치술후환자분위량조，대조조40례，관찰조40례。대조조용1∶5000농도적고맹산갑용액좌욕，관찰조채용복방중약좌욕훈세제。술후재상규치료적기출상24h、48h、72h좌욕，관찰량조동통변화정황。결과：량조재술후진통방면차이현저，관찰조명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）。
Objective: To discuss the influence of different approaches for the Pain after operation of mixed hemorrhoids Methods: 80 patients met the inclusion criteria according to the random number table method were divided into two groups ,A group (The control group)40 cases,B group (the treatment group)40 cases. The cases of A group were treated with the hip bath of Potassium Permanganate solution of 1:5000 concentra-tion,The cases of B group were treated with the hip bath of compound Chinese medicine lotion. On the basis of conventional therapy for postoper-ative ,observe the pain change of the two groups of patients after operation 24h、48h、72h with the hip bath.Results:The treatment group and the control group have significant difference in postoperative analgesia ,B group is better than A group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Compound Chinese medicine lotion has significant analgesic effect for mixed hemorrhoids after operation ,it is worth of promotion and application.
