目的:探讨白细胞介素17(IL-17)在湿疹发病机制中的作用.方法:从2013-06/2014-06我院收治的急性湿疹患者和慢性湿疹患者中各抽取20例,并选取10例正常者作为研究对象,采用链霉素抗生物素-过氧化物酶连接(SP)的方法,检测患者表皮和真皮细胞质中的表达.结果:IL-17在正常皮肤组织细胞中无表达,在湿疹患者表皮角质形成细胞和真皮浸润淋巴细胞中均有表达,且在急性湿疹中的表达高于慢性湿疹中的表达(P <0.05).结论:IL-17在湿疹患者发病初级阶段发挥作用.
目的:探討白細胞介素17(IL-17)在濕疹髮病機製中的作用.方法:從2013-06/2014-06我院收治的急性濕疹患者和慢性濕疹患者中各抽取20例,併選取10例正常者作為研究對象,採用鏈黴素抗生物素-過氧化物酶連接(SP)的方法,檢測患者錶皮和真皮細胞質中的錶達.結果:IL-17在正常皮膚組織細胞中無錶達,在濕疹患者錶皮角質形成細胞和真皮浸潤淋巴細胞中均有錶達,且在急性濕疹中的錶達高于慢性濕疹中的錶達(P <0.05).結論:IL-17在濕疹患者髮病初級階段髮揮作用.
목적:탐토백세포개소17(IL-17)재습진발병궤제중적작용.방법:종2013-06/2014-06아원수치적급성습진환자화만성습진환자중각추취20례,병선취10례정상자작위연구대상,채용련매소항생물소-과양화물매련접(SP)적방법,검측환자표피화진피세포질중적표체.결과:IL-17재정상피부조직세포중무표체,재습진환자표피각질형성세포화진피침윤림파세포중균유표체,차재급성습진중적표체고우만성습진중적표체(P <0.05).결론:IL-17재습진환자발병초급계단발휘작용.
AIM:To investigate the role of interleukin 17 (IL-17)in the pathogenesis of eczema.METHODS:From 2013 June to 2014 June in our hospital 20 patients with acute eczema and 20 patients with chronic eczema,along with 10 cases of nor-mal persons were selected as the research object,using the avidin biotin-peroxidase connection (SP)method,detecting the expres-sion of epidermal and dermal cytoplasm in patients.RESULTS:IL-17 expression was not detected in normal skin tissue cells,but the formation of lymphocytes infiltrating cells expressed in the epi-dermis and dermis of patients with eczema horny,and expression level in acute eczema was higher than that of chronic eczema (P <0.05).CONCLUSION:IL-17 plays a role in the patho-genesis of primary stage in patients with eczema.
