在回顾了水库移民可持续发展相关研究成果的基础上，通过问卷调查的方式，分析探讨了阻碍丹江口库区后靠移民可持续发展的主要因素，即：人地矛盾突出、移民就业压力大、移民文化水平偏低、移民环保行为滞后于环保意识。针对库区实际情况，提出了应采取实施人口减载、多渠道创造就业机会、提高移民人力资本、完善社会保障体系、确保移民分享工程效益等措施，努力实现库区移民的可持续发展。
在迴顧瞭水庫移民可持續髮展相關研究成果的基礎上，通過問捲調查的方式，分析探討瞭阻礙丹江口庫區後靠移民可持續髮展的主要因素，即：人地矛盾突齣、移民就業壓力大、移民文化水平偏低、移民環保行為滯後于環保意識。針對庫區實際情況，提齣瞭應採取實施人口減載、多渠道創造就業機會、提高移民人力資本、完善社會保障體繫、確保移民分享工程效益等措施，努力實現庫區移民的可持續髮展。

Based on the review of related researches on sustainable development of reservoir immigrants, the major obstacles to the sustainable development of nearby resettled immigrants in Danjiangkou Reservoir area are analyzed by means of questionnaire. It is founded that conflict between immigrants and land, employment pressure, low educational level of immigrants, and the back-ward environmental protection practice relative to the environmental protection awareness are the major obstacles. In view of the reality in the reservoir area, the countermeasures, including controlling population, creating employment opportunities through various channels, increasing immigrants ' human capital, improving social security system, and ensuring the sharing of project benefits among immigrants, are put forward to realize the sustainable development of the immigrants in the reservoir area.
