目的：分析和探讨小切口微型锁定钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床效果．方法：选取我院2012-02／2014-02收治的50例跟骨关节内骨折患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为观察组（n ＝25）和对照组（n ＝25），对照组患者行传统切口钢板内固定治疗，观察组患者行小切口微型锁定钢板内固定治疗，观察和比较两组患者临床治疗效果．结果：与对照组相比，观察组手术时间、住院时间、切口长度明显降低（P ＜0．05），但植骨数比较差异无统计学意义；末次随访时，两组患者骨轴长、跟骨宽度、Bohler 角、Gissane 角等比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）．结论：在临床根骨关节内骨折治疗中，采用小切口微型锁定钢板内固定治疗，创伤小、术后并发症少，安全可靠，临床效果显著，值得临床推广与应用．
목적：분석화탐토소절구미형쇄정강판내고정치료근골관절내골절적림상효과．방법：선취아원2012-02／2014-02수치적50례근골관절내골절환자작위연구대상，통과수궤수자표법분위관찰조（n ＝25）화대조조（n ＝25），대조조환자행전통절구강판내고정치료，관찰조환자행소절구미형쇄정강판내고정치료，관찰화비교량조환자림상치료효과．결과：여대조조상비，관찰조수술시간、주원시간、절구장도명현강저（P ＜0．05），단식골수비교차이무통계학의의；말차수방시，량조환자골축장、근골관도、Bohler 각、Gissane 각등비교차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）．결론：재림상근골관절내골절치료중，채용소절구미형쇄정강판내고정치료，창상소、술후병발증소，안전가고，림상효과현저，치득림상추엄여응용．
AIM:To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of small incision Mini locking plate fixation for the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures.METHODS:50 cases of calcaneus were selected in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014,and were randomly divided into observation group (n =25) and control group (n =25),the control group underwent conven-tional incision plate internal fixation for the treatment,and pa-tients in the observation group underwent small incision Mini loc-king plate fixation for the treatment,the clinical tareatment effect observed and compared between the two groups of patients.RE-SULTS:Compared with control group,the observation group,op-eration time,hospitalization time,incision length were decreased significantly (P <0.05 ),but bone number had no significant difference;at the last follow-up,long bone shaft group,calcaneal width,Bohler angle,Difference in Gissane angle of two groups was not statistically significant (P >0.05).CONCLUSION:In clinical treatment of bone fractures within joint,using small inci-sion Mini locking plate fixation,it would result in small trauma, less postoperative complications,being safe and reliable,showing a significant clinical effect,and is worth clinical promotion and application.
