血小板-白细胞相互作用是血小板和不同类型白细胞进行信号转导引起互相聚集,互相活化的细胞过程,目前主要机制与选择素和 CD40/ CD40L 相关。近年研究发现血小板激活后表达多种黏附分子、趋化因子及细胞因子并改变白细胞生物学功能,影响高血压、心力衰竭等多种心血管疾病发生与发展。通过本文对其基本机制及在心血管疾病中的影响做一简要综述。

Platelets -leukocyte interactions is a cell process which is characterized by the exchange of signals between platelets and different types of leukocytes,and finally contribute to interactivate and intergather. The study identified it is associated with the selectin and CD40 / CD40L. In recent researches discovered activated platelets can express adhesion molecules,and cyto-kines,which changed the leukocyte biological function,and influenced the development of cardiovascular disease. This review summarizes the basic molecular mechanisms of platelet-leukocyte communication and the influence in cardiovascular disease.
