溶液前驱体等离子喷涂(SPPS)和悬浮液等离子喷涂(SPS)采用溶液前驱体或悬浮液替代传统大气等离子喷涂中的喷涂粉末,可制备出由大量细小粒子组成的具有纳米结构及独特性能的涂层。本文以溶液前驱体和悬浮液的溶剂类型为线索,介绍了采用SPPS和SPS技术制备YSZ、Al2O3、TiO2涂层的研究进展。
溶液前驅體等離子噴塗(SPPS)和懸浮液等離子噴塗(SPS)採用溶液前驅體或懸浮液替代傳統大氣等離子噴塗中的噴塗粉末,可製備齣由大量細小粒子組成的具有納米結構及獨特性能的塗層。本文以溶液前驅體和懸浮液的溶劑類型為線索,介紹瞭採用SPPS和SPS技術製備YSZ、Al2O3、TiO2塗層的研究進展。

The powder feedstock used in conventional atmospheric plasma spray is replaced by solution precursor or suspension in solution precursor plasma spray (SPPS) or suspension plasma spray (SPS) process. Coatings with nanostructure and unique property deposited by SPS or SPPS processes are normally composed of a large number of fine particles. In this paper, in terms of the solvent types of suspension or solution precursor, the development and research status of yttria-stabilized zirconia、Al2O3 and TiO2 coatings deposited by SPS and SPPS process were reviewed.
