设计了涡轮叶片表面热障涂层自动化喷涂系统,编制了喷涂工艺,在涡轮叶片表面制备的热障涂层各项性能满足批产指标要求。应用表明,该系统在复杂型面表面制备涂层的性能及批产过程中涂层质量一致性等优势具有极强的批生产应用价值,值得大力推广应用。
設計瞭渦輪葉片錶麵熱障塗層自動化噴塗繫統,編製瞭噴塗工藝,在渦輪葉片錶麵製備的熱障塗層各項性能滿足批產指標要求。應用錶明,該繫統在複雜型麵錶麵製備塗層的性能及批產過程中塗層質量一緻性等優勢具有極彊的批生產應用價值,值得大力推廣應用。

We design the gas turbine vanes TBCs automatic spraying system, write the automatic spraying program. The performance of the TBC prepared by the automatic spraying technology meets the requirements of the batch production, its excellent coating performance and the quality uniformity has a good application value, and it is worth to popularize application.
