目的：探讨NICU建立专病防控指引对尿布皮炎病儿的效果。方法选取2013年1月～2015年1月我科收治的600例病儿为研究对象，根据是否采用防控指引的管理模式将病儿分为两组。对照组采用常规住院病儿的护理模式，观察组在此基础上制定专病防控指引，对比应用指引前后新生儿尿布皮炎的发生率及严重度发展情况。结果实施专病防控指引后，新生儿尿布皮炎的发生率及严重度例数均低于实施前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论专病防控指引对新生儿尿布皮炎的预防控制有较好的临床指导作用。
목적：탐토NICU건립전병방공지인대뇨포피염병인적효과。방법선취2013년1월～2015년1월아과수치적600례병인위연구대상，근거시부채용방공지인적관리모식장병인분위량조。대조조채용상규주원병인적호리모식，관찰조재차기출상제정전병방공지인，대비응용지인전후신생인뇨포피염적발생솔급엄중도발전정황。결과실시전병방공지인후，신생인뇨포피염적발생솔급엄중도례수균저우실시전，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론전병방공지인대신생인뇨포피염적예방공제유교호적림상지도작용。
Objective Discussion NICU build special disease prevention and control guidelines for sick children diaper dermatitis effect. Methods January 2013~January 2015 our department treated 600 cases of sick children for the study, prevention and control guidelines are based on whether the management of sick children will be divided into two groups. Control group with conventional inpatient child care model observation group developed special disease prevention and control guidelines on this basis, before and after application guidance neonatal diaper dermatitis incidence and severity of development.ResultsThe special disease prevention and control guidelines, the incidence of neonatal diaper dermatitis severity and number of cases were lower than prior to the implementation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Special disease prevention and control guidelines for the prevention and control of neonatal diaper dermatitis have better clinical guidance.
